feeco (“we”, “us”) operates the mobile applications and website described on this site. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information. If you create an account, we store your email address and an account identifier.
- Content you create. Books, notes, reading records, and other content you save in the app.
- Diagnostics. Crash reports and basic usage events, used only to find and fix defects.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or health data.
How we use your information
- To provide the app’s core functionality and sync your data across your devices
- To respond to support requests
- To diagnose crashes and improve stability
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
Service providers
We use the following processors, which may store data on our behalf:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting
- Google Firebase — website hosting and crash reporting
- Apple / Google — app distribution and in-app purchases
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app, or by emailing support@feecostudio.com. When an account is deleted, associated personal data is removed from our production systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@feecostudio.com. Users in Korea, the EEA, the UK, and California may have additional rights under applicable law.
Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes will also be announced in the app.
