These terms govern your use of the applications and website provided by feeco (“we”, “us”). By using our services you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

You may use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or use the service in any way that violates applicable law or interferes with other users.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in our apps. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, back up, and display that content to you as part of providing the service.

Purchases

Paid features and subscriptions, if offered, are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds are handled according to those stores’ policies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid features.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, feeco is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
